WSOP* 2010

1. Super Satellites ($500+$35 No Limit Hold’em Freezeout) to the WSOP* 2010 Main Event will commence 21st March 2010 at 21:00 GMT. The minimum number of players required for each $500+$35 Super Satellite to run is 20.
2. Super Satellites ($60+$6 No Limit Hold’em Rebuy & Add-on) to the WSOP* 2010 Experience Package will commence at 21:00 GMT on 10th April 2010. The starting stack in these events is 2,000 chips. Each rebuy costs $30 for 2,000 chips and the add-on costs $30 for 3,000 chips. The minimum number of players required for each $60+$6 Rebuy Super Satellite to run is 25.
3. The $13,000 WSOP* 2010 Main Event Prize Package (the Package) includes $10,000 Main Event buy-in and $3,000 towards accommodation at Wynn, Las Vegas, travel and spending.
4. The $13,000 WSOP* 2010 Pot Limit Omaha Championship Prize Package (the Package) includes $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha Championship buy-in and $3,000 towards accommodation at Wynn, Las Vegas, travel and spending.
5. The $5,500 WSOP* 2010 Side Events Prize Package (the Package) includes $1,500 buy-in to Event #49, $1,000 buy-in to Event #54 and $3,000 towards accommodation at Wynn, Las Vegas, travel and spending.
6. The $3,600 WSOP* 2010 Experience Package includes $1,000 buy-in to Event #54, $550 buy-in to a Main Event satellite and $2,050 towards accommodation at Wynn, Las Vegas, travel and spending.
7. Any individual player can only win one seat in any WSOP* 2010 event.
8. Players must be of legal age in the country of the land-based event to participate in any of the tournaments. In the event that a player is under age, bet365 will reclaim the seat with no cash alternative.
9. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification.
10. By entering the WSOP* 2010 Satellites and/or Super Satellites each player agrees that should he/she win any WSOP* 2010 Prize Package then he/she also agrees to represent bet365 by wearing branded clothing including but not limited to shirts and hats during all table play.
11. By entering the WSOP* 2010 Satellites and/or Super Satellites each player agrees to use of their real name, alias and images for any marketing purposes. Players agree that should he/she win any WSOP* 2010 Prize Package then he/she also agrees to provide us with a diary/blog of their experience during the WSOP* 2010 event which we will use for any promotional or marketing activity.
12. No cash alternative will be made from Stage 1 or 2 Satellite or Super Satellite seats to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final. The only way for a player to be paid a cash alternative is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any cash alternative will be determined by bet365 whose decision shall be final.
13. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of bet365 management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
14. bet365 management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the WSOP* 2010 and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
15. bet365 shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the WSOP* 2010.
16. Only bet365 account holders can claim any WSOP* 2010 Prize Package. The first prizes (The Packages) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash. Package-winners must play or forfeit the seat.
17. bet365 Land Based Packages (Package) are available to genuine players only. Any Package winners who are subsequently found to be in breach of any of the Poker Rules, in any form of game play at our tables, will forfeit the Package and all aspects of it. For bet365 to make such a determination is at their absolute discretion.
