Rio Jackpot Sit & Go

1. bet365 will pay a $30,000 Jackpot Prize to the winner of six consecutive $20+$3.50 Rio – Jackpot Sit & Go tournaments. bet365 will also award a $300 prize to a player who finished in either 1st or 2nd place in six consecutive Rio – Jackpot Sit & Go tournaments. These prizes will be awarded according to the following terms and conditions:

In order to claim the jackpot prize or the consolation prize, a player must Contact Us referencing Rio Jackpot Sit & Gos within 48 hours of completing the series of tournaments to which their claim refers. For the claim to be considered, claimants must provide their Username and Nickname and the dates of the relevant tournaments.
3. The jackpot prizes are awarded to players for winning six consecutive Rio – Jackpot Sit & Go tournaments. The six consecutive Rio – Jackpot Sit & Go tournaments must be played within a 14-day period.
4. Tournaments are considered as consecutive for the purposes of this promotion if their starting times are consecutive.
5. Rio Jackpot Sit & Gos have a minimum Progressive Jackpot prize of $30,000. The prize will be reset to this amount following each occasion on which the prize is successfully claimed. For each calendar week which commences subsequent to the previous occasion on which the prize was successfully claimed, the amount will increase by $10,000 in the first week and by $5,000 in each subsequent week.
6. The Jackpot prize will be paid only after the consecutive winning games have been checked for any signs of collusive play.
7. Once a player has claimed the Jackpot Prize for winning six consecutive Rio – Jackpot Sit & Go tournaments they are not eligible to also claim the consolation prize of $300 for finishing in the top two places in the same six tournaments. Furthermore, any tournaments used towards making a claim for either the main Rio jackpot prize or consolation prize cannot be counted towards claims for any other jackpot or consolation prize.
8. Six consecutive Sit & Go tournaments with the same six players will not be eligible for this promotion.
9. If a tournament is interrupted due to a server problem it will be settled as per our regular interruption policy. For the purpose of the Jackpot this tournament will be considered not to have run. It will not count towards a player's consecutive wins but neither will it count as a losing tournament in a player's sequence.
10. A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a Sit & Go tournament will not be eligible for this promotion.
11. The use of offensive language at the Sit & Go tournament will disqualify a player from winning a Jackpot prize.
12. Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.
13. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
14. All bet365 offers are intended for recreational players and bet365 may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
15. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc), and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion. 16. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
17. bet365 reserve the right to use first names, nicknames and/or alias in any announcements about tournament results, recipients of any promotional bonus and Progressive Jackpot winners.
18. Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
19. bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or slow playing. In addition, where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion.
