Rake Free Fridays

1. The Rake Free Fridays promotion will run from 00:00 GMT on 5th March 2010 until 23:59 GMT on 2nd April 2010. During this period there are four qualifying Fridays which are 5th March, 12th March, 19th March and 26th March 2010.
2. All bet365 players are eligible to participate in Rake Free Fridays. In order to claim any Bonus Dollars for which they qualify, players must opt in by 23:00 GMT on the relevant qualifying Friday. Any player who opts in either on or prior to any qualifying Friday is automatically opted in to all subsequent qualifying Fridays. It is only necessary to opt in once.
3. In order to qualify for Bonus Dollars as a result of Rake Free Fridays, players must generate a minimum of $10 in rake and tournament fees during the period from 00:00 GMT until 23:59 GMT on any qualifying Friday.
4. The accounts of qualified players will be credited with a total Bonus Dollar amount by 10:00 GMT on the Saturday subsequent to the relevant qualifying Friday. The total Bonus Dollar amount is equal to the total amount of rake and tournament fees generated by the player on the relevant qualifying Friday.
5. As a result of any individual qualifying Friday, a maximum total Bonus Dollar amount of $100 can be credited to players new to bet365, players in the Bronze VIP level and players in the Silver VIP level. There is no limit to the total Bonus Dollar amount that can be credited to players in the Gold, Platinum or Diamond VIP levels as a result of any individual qualifying Friday.
6. In order to redeem Bonus Dollars credited as a result of Rake Free Fridays, players must accumulate Merit Points. For every 1,200 points accumulated subsequent to Bonus Dollars being credited, a cash instalment of $10 will be released to the player’s account. Further instalments will be released until all Bonus Dollars are redeemed. Any Bonus Dollar amount less than $10 remaining in a player’s account will be redeemed by accumulating points on a pro rata basis. Once redeemed this amount will be released to cash as a final instalment.
7. Only Merit Points accumulated on real money cash tables and in real money tournaments count towards redemption of Bonus Dollars. Merit Points gained by any other method do no count towards Bonus Dollar redemption.
8. Bonus Dollars must be redeemed by 23:59 GMT on the Friday after they are credited. After this time all unredeemed Bonus Dollars will expire.
9. Should a player be credited with Bonus Dollars as a result of Rake Free Fridays when they already have a New Player Bonus and/or Reload Bonus either active or pending in their account, the existing bonus or bonuses will take precedence. Once redemption of the existing bonus or bonuses is complete, the Bonus Dollars credited as a result of Rake Free Fridays will become active.
10. Should a player, during the overall promotional period, accumulate sufficient Merit Points to reach a higher VIP level as stated in the Improve Your Status section of the VIP Scheme, they may Contact Us to receive a manual upgrade to the relevant VIP level. Once upgraded, the player is entitled to all benefits of the upgraded VIP level.
11. With regard to Rake Free Fridays, a player’s manually upgraded VIP status will apply to the qualifying Friday subsequent to when the upgrade takes place. Should a manual VIP upgrade take place during a qualifying Friday, the player’s upgraded VIP status will apply to that day.
12. The VIP status of all players will be updated on 1st April 2010 according to the standard Terms and Conditions of the VIP Scheme.
13. Only one Bonus Dollar amount will be credited to the account of any player as a result of any individual qualifying Friday. Once credited, this amount will not be increased under any circumstances, regardless of any manual VIP status upgrade that may occur subsequently.
14. This promotion is available to genuine players only. Any players who attempt to abuse the promotion in whatever manner may be removed from the promotion. For bet365 to make such a determination is at their absolute discretion.
15. Merit Point accumulation is available to genuine players only. Any player who is deemed to be strategizing in order to abuse the Merit Point accumulation system may have the value of any accumulated Merit Points reduced or removed. For bet365 to make such a determination is at their absolute discretion.
16. bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or slow playing.
17. Where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion and any Merit Points, VIP Rewards, Tournament Tokens, bonuses or offers will be forfeited.
18. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion in its sole discretion.
19. All decisions made by bet365 Management regarding this promotion are final.
