The Premium Cash Ladder promotion will run from 00:00 GMT on 18th May 2012 until 23:59 GMT on 14th June 2012. The promotion has weekly qualifying periods which run from 00:00 GMT on Friday until 23:59 GMT on Thursday.
All bet365 players are eligible to participate in Premium Cash Ladder. In order to claim any cash amount for which they qualify in any initial qualifying period, players must opt in before the end of that qualifying period. Any player who opts in during any qualifying period will receive any cash amount for which they qualify in all subsequent qualifying periods. It is only necessary to opt in once during the stated promotional period.
In order to qualify for a cash amount during any qualifying period, players must accumulate sufficient Merit Points (200) to complete a minimum of one rung on the Premium Cash Ladder. As stated on the Premium Cash Ladder, the total cash amount available increases according to the number of rungs completed. Any Merit Points accumulated towards an incomplete rung are not eligible towards any cash amount.
Only Merit Points accumulated on the following tables count towards qualification for any cash amount: real money No Limit Hold’em cash tables of maximum stakes $0.50/$1 which contain the word ‘Premium’ in the table name. Merit Points gained by any other method do not count towards qualification for any cash amount.
Within 24 hours of the end of Premium Cash Ladder, the accounts of qualified players will be credited with the total sum of the cash amounts for which the player has qualified in all qualifying periods.
Should a player fail to log in to the poker software for a period of seven days subsequent to the cash amount being credited, the amount will expire.
Any individual player may receive a maximum of one cash amount as a result of Premium Cash Ladder.
Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.
Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
All bet365 offers are intended for recreational players and bet365 may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc), and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.
